A community in which the arts are
appreciated and supported for their intrinsic
value and thier role in cultivating a world in which
young people are respected for thier vision and
their ability to lead

Mission Statement
To continually replenish a core of socially
conscious artist mentors who are committed to the
community as a whole and young people in particular.
Through workshops and performances the core encourages and
develops youth participation in innovative expressions
using multiple art forms. Through this process,
young people's sense is enhanced and
they learn to lead the community in confronting
injustice and building systemic change.
