Soberanía en la Cocina shares tips, tricks and step-by-step guides for planning and cooking with your community in disaster situations. The zine’s content was developed in Puerto Rico while exchanging with organizers and artists of Puerto Rico’s Centros de Apoyo Mutuo (CAMs) which emerged after Hurricane María.
