Add to this the struggles that we have been waging since before Hurricane María and that we continue fighting against a corrupt and illegitimate government.
THE WAY TO SURVIVE HAS BEEN THROUGH COLLECTIVE ORGANIZATION AND SOLIDARITY NETWORKS OF MUTUAL SUPPORT. DESPITE THE LIMITATIONS OF SOCIAL DISTANCING, WE DO NOT FORGET EACH OTHER. WE CONTINUE TO ORGANIZE AND MOBILIZE.
After the arrival of the COVID-19 crisis, AgitArte reactivated and continued mutual aid efforts from Hurricane María and the recent earthquakes in Puerto Rico. Understanding that under U.S. colonization and late stage capitalism, our people will continue to be disproportionately impacted by natural and political disasters, we have developed a Mutual Aid & Cultural Solidarity Program to continue supporting our community, paying our artists and organizers, and meeting immediate needs on the ground.
Through our Mutual Aid program, AgitArte has been and will continue facilitating the following efforts to aid our intimate and broader community in Puerto Rico and the diaspora during this profoundly challenging time:

Súmese a esto las luchas que ya veníamos librando desde antes de María y que continúan en contra de un gobierno corrupto e ilegítimo.
LA ÚNICA QUE MANERA QUE HEMOS PODIDO SOBREVIVIR HA SIDO CON LA ORGANIZACIÓN COLECTIVA A TRAVÉS DE REDES SOLIDARIAS DE APOYO MUTUO. ANTE LAS LIMITACIONES DEL DISTANCIAMIENTO SOCIAL NO NOS VAMOS A DEJAR SOLXS.
En respuesta a la actual crisis de COVID-19, AgitArte ha reactivado y, en cierto modo, continuado los esfuerzos de ayuda mutua del huracán María y los recientes terremotos en Puerto Rico. Entendiendo que bajo la colonización de los Estados Unidos y el capitalismo en etapa avanzada, nuestro pueblo continuará siendo impactado desproporcionadamente por los desastres naturales y políticos, hemos articulado nuestro Programa de Ayuda Mutua y Solidaridad Cultural para continuar apoyando a nuestra comunidad, pagando a nuestros artistas y organizadores, y satisfaciendo las necesidades inmediatas en los frentes.
A través de este programa de Apoyo Mutuo, AgitArte ha sido y seguirá facilitando los siguientes esfuerzos para apoyar a nuestra comunidad inmediata y más amplia en Puerto Rico y la diáspora durante este tiempo profundamente desafiante:
